Dinner or an evening near the harbour can be included and stays secondary. Access to any hotel, resort, apartment or residence depends entirely on your own booking and on that property's visitor policies and access requirements.
Stone, Water and a Ridge Behind It
The old harbour is a half-circle of stone with the castle closing one end of it, and at night the water holds every light along the quay without moving very much at all.
Behind it the old town climbs in narrow streets for a few hundred metres before the land tilts upward into the ridge. Bellapais sits up there among cypresses, close enough to see the sea and far enough to hear nothing from it.
It is a small place with a long habit of visitors, which means it notices arrivals and is entirely uninterested in them by the following morning.
The Coast Either Side of Town
Most hotel stays are strung along the shoreline east and west of Kyrenia rather than in the centre, so the drive into town is usually five to fifteen minutes.
Lapta and Alsancak lie further west along the same coast, quieter and more residential. The ridge villages above are a short but steep drive up.

Women and Couples in Kyrenia
Women write from hotel stays here more than anywhere else in the north, often for several days, and the appeal is nearly always the same: company without a schedule, in a place where nothing is expected of them.
Couples write from the coastal hotels and from rented houses on the hillside. It should be a shared decision, made calmly, and I would like to hear from both of you rather than from one person reporting on behalf of the other.
Whatever the two of you have agreed between yourselves, say it plainly beforehand. That is the whole of what I need, and nothing explicit belongs in it.
What I Do Not Hold Here
I have no marina membership, no berth, no vessel and no charter of any kind on this coast. The harbour is scenery, not access.
I have no hotel, resort or club relationships in Kyrenia, no casino access, no host arrangements, no complimentary anything and no private gaming connections. Where a casino exists inside a hotel, it is simply part of that building and has nothing to do with me.
If a venue matters to your evening, it is yours to arrange. What I bring is the private part of the time, which is the part I actually deal in.

Kyrenia is small, and the harbour is the kind of place where the same faces reappear across an evening. So I keep arrangements plain and unremarkable. Your enquiry stays with me and goes nowhere else; I answer where you asked me to, ask only for your dates, your general location and anything you want me to know, and request nothing that has no bearing on the time itself. Where a couple writes, I would like both of you in the conversation and anything either of you wants respected said in advance. I claim no encryption, no anonymity technology and no guaranteed confidentiality — only my own care, which is the part that actually matters.
