Four destinations can currently be discussed: Kyrenia, also called Girne, on the northern coast beneath the mountain ridge; North Nicosia, also called Lefkoşa, the northern part of the divided capital; Famagusta, also called Gazimağusa, the walled city on the eastern coast; and İskele, the coastal area further north-east along the same shore. What matters most in an enquiry here is the exact town, the exact accommodation and the exact dates, because practical logistics vary considerably between them. If your trip involves moving between different parts of the island, that needs to be planned and confirmed separately in advance rather than assumed. Dinner or time on the coast can be included and stays secondary. I claim no residence here, no standing availability, and no affiliation with any hotel, resort, development, casino or organisation in the north.
How the North Is Laid Out
A long mountain ridge runs east to west behind the northern coast. Kyrenia sits at the foot of it on the sea, with the villages of the ridge — Bellapais among them — on the slopes above.
Inland and south of the ridge is Lefkoşa, the northern part of Nicosia, the same walled city that continues on the other side of the dividing line. East along the coast the land flattens out towards Famagusta, and beyond it the shoreline runs north-east through İskele and its long beaches.
Distances are modest — an hour covers most of it — but the towns are genuinely unlike one another, and which one you are in changes everything practical about an arrangement.

Kyrenia
A curved stone harbour under a mountain, and a town that has been quietly good at evenings for several hundred years.
North Nicosia
The northern half of a walled inland capital: old stone, courtyards, and an ordinary working city getting on with its week.
Famagusta
Enormous Venetian walls around a small old town, a working harbour beside it, and an eastern coast that goes very dark very early.
İskele
A long, flat coastline running north-east, mostly sand and new buildings, and almost entirely dark once the sun is down.
Practical Planning, Stated Plainly
Cyprus is one island with a dividing line across it, and this website treats it as one country with a northern branch for the sake of location and search clarity. That is an information-architecture choice and nothing more; it takes no position of any kind on the island's political questions, and neither do I.
Practically: designated crossing points exist, the requirements that apply to them can change, and anyone planning to move between areas should check current official guidance before making arrangements. I hold no privileged access, no special permissions and no involvement in anything to do with crossings, and I will not advise you on how any control should be approached.
What that means for an enquiry is simple. Tell me where you will actually be staying and on which dates, and we can talk about what is practical from there rather than assuming anything.
Women and Couples in the North
Women write from hotel stays in Kyrenia, from work in Lefkoşa, and from long coastal stays further east where the days have no structure at all. The request underneath is consistent: unhurried private attention with nothing arranged around it.
Couples write from the north as often as from the south, usually from longer stays in coastal accommodation. As everywhere, I would like to hear from both of you. What each of you is curious about, what you have already agreed between yourselves, and anything either of you would rather I knew — all of that belongs in the conversation before dates do.
I am not there to test a relationship or to compete with one. Mutual choice, stated clearly by both people, is the only version of this that works.

How a Northern Enquiry Is Handled
Your enquiry comes to me privately and stays there. I reply on the channel you chose, ask for the town, the dates, the accommodation context and anything you want me to understand, and for nothing else. Access to any hotel, apartment, complex or residence depends entirely on your own booking and on that property's visitor policies, access requirements and practical logistics — I hold no key, no arrangement and no standing with any property here. Couples can state boundaries in advance and I treat them as settled. I make no promise of anonymity, encryption, guaranteed confidentiality or automatic deletion; what I offer is discretion practised carefully, which is a different and more honest thing.

- Designated crossing points exist and the requirements that apply can change, so check current official guidance before planning and confirm the logistics with me separately. I hold no privileges or special access of any kind in relation to crossings.
- Can dinner or a coastal plan be included?
- Yes, as a secondary addition. I hold no restaurant, hotel, resort, marina or casino relationships anywhere in the north.
- How early should I enquire?
- Two weeks or more is comfortable for coastal stays, especially in summer. Shorter city stays usually need less notice.
