The Code
The Vargas Code
Respect. Discretion. Clarity. Boundaries.
Not everything needs a complicated rule.
Some things should simply be understood before two people meet.
Respect. Discretion. Clear intentions. Clear boundaries.
I value privacy, good communication and people who know how to treat others well.
The Vargas Code is not about controlling an evening.
It is about creating the kind of environment where everyone can feel comfortable, respected and understood.
01
Respect
Respect Comes First
The way someone behaves tells me more than anything they could write in an enquiry.
Mutual Respect
Every meeting begins with mutual respect.
I expect the same courtesy I give in return.
Rudeness, pressure, intimidation, harassment, aggression or deliberately humiliating behaviour has no place in my world.
Adults Only
All enquiries and meetings are strictly for adults aged 18 and over.
Nothing Is Assumed
Comfort and mutual agreement matter.
A conversation, enquiry or previous meeting does not create an obligation.
Either person can change their mind.
A Boundary Is a Boundary
If either of us is uncomfortable with something, that is enough.
A boundary is not an invitation to persuade, negotiate or pressure someone into changing it.
My Orientation Is Clear
I am a straight man. My attraction is to women. Couples may enquire when the experience is centred around the woman, with clear boundaries and mutual comfort understood beforehand.
I treat people with respect regardless of nationality, background, identity or belief. I expect the same in return.
Couples Choose Together
When a couple contacts me, both people should be comfortable with the enquiry.
I do not want to become a source of secrecy, pressure or competition inside someone else's relationship.
Clear communication between both partners matters.
No Aggression
Threats, intimidation, violence or deliberately dangerous behaviour end the conversation.
Clear Mind. Clear Decisions.
I do not participate in situations involving illegal drugs, weapons, threats or behaviour that places anyone at unnecessary risk.
02
Discretion
Discretion Is Not an Extra
Privacy should not need to be requested repeatedly. It should be understood from the beginning.
Private Means Private
What is shared with me privately is treated with discretion.
I do not ask for unnecessary personal information, and I expect the same respect for my privacy.
I make no technical promises about anonymity or deletion; I simply keep what is private, private, and ask for nothing I do not need.
No Recording Without Agreement
Photos, video or audio recording require clear agreement beforehand.
No hidden recording.
No assumption that private moments may become public content.
Other People's Privacy Matters Too
Do not send me another person's private photographs, messages or personal information without their permission.
Discretion Continues Outside the Room
Restaurants, hotels, events and public spaces should be treated with respect.
I value people who understand how to behave appropriately without creating unnecessary attention or drama.
Every Property Has Its Own Rules
Hotels, private residences and venues may have their own visitor, identification and access policies.
Those rules must be respected. I have no influence over them and would not ask anyone to work around them.
Privacy Before Publicity
I do not turn private meetings into public content without permission.
That standard should work both ways.
03
Communication
Clarity Makes Everything Easier
Good communication removes most unnecessary complications before they begin.
Serious Enquiries Only
Please contact me when your interest is genuine.
Clear dates, location and general expectations make the conversation easier for both of us.
Replies
I aim to reply to genuine enquiries within 48 hours.
Travel, time zones and schedule may occasionally affect this, so it is an intention rather than a guarantee.
What to Include
Your name, your city or destination, your preferred dates, whether you are writing as a woman or as a couple, your preferred contact method, a general idea of the meeting, and any important boundaries or practical requirements.
There is no need to write anything explicit. Clarity of intention is enough.
Availability Is Never Assumed
My presence in a city does not mean I am permanently based there or immediately available.
Every enquiry is considered individually.
Tell me your dates and location so we can discuss what is practical.
Respect My Time, and I Will Respect Yours
Plans sometimes change.
If they do, communicate as early as possible.
Repeated last-minute cancellations, dishonest communication or disrespectful behaviour may mean I decline future enquiries.
Chemistry Cannot Be Promised
I can offer my presence, attention and time.
Chemistry is something two people discover.
It is not something anyone should guarantee.
Finally
The Standard
I do not expect perfection.
I expect honesty.
Respect for boundaries.
Respect for privacy.
And enough maturity to understand that the best experiences are created when nobody needs to be pressured into anything.
If that sounds natural to you, we will probably understand each other.
