Private Companion in Washington, DC

A city fluent in formality — titles, protocol, a suit for every occasion. What happens in a quiet room afterward answers to none of it.

Private companionship

Private Companionship First

I arrange private companionship in Washington, DC for women and for couples, with the emphasis on discreet time together rather than on an itinerary. The shape of it follows your comfort, your privacy and what you would like the hours to feel like.

If you would also like a table somewhere, an evening out or company while you travel, that can be arranged. It stays secondary to the time we actually spend together.

I prefer the hours nobody documents. They tend to be the honest ones.

You can read more about how I approach time with women or a shared experience with couples before you write to me.

A Personal Introduction

I'm Lucianno Vargas, a private male companion. In Washington, DC I meet women and couples, and what I arrange is private time set apart from the formality most people carry through their day here — unhurried, personal, with dinner or an evening out as an optional addition rather than an expectation.

At a glance

Private Companionship in Washington, DC

I am Lucianno Vargas, a private male companion. I arrange discreet private companionship in Washington, DC for women and for couples, with private time as the centre of the experience. Arrangements typically take place in hotels and residences across Georgetown, Dupont Circle, the West End, Downtown, Penn Quarter, Foggy Bottom and Capitol Hill. Dinner or a quieter evening elsewhere can be added if you'd like. I hold no relationship with any government agency, embassy, elected official, diplomatic mission or political organization of any kind, and nothing here implies otherwise. Enquire through the Private Enquiry page with your dates and where you'll be staying.

Formality Outside, Something Else Entirely Inside

Washington dresses for its own importance. Meetings run on protocol, introductions come with titles attached, and an entire day can pass in rooms where nobody says anything they haven't already cleared with themselves twice.

What I arrange has nothing to do with any of that, deliberately. A private evening here is unstructured on purpose — no agenda, no one to impress, nothing that needs to be careful in the way the rest of the day required. It tends to land harder in this particular city than almost anywhere else, precisely because of the contrast.

None of what I offer has any connection to government work, diplomacy or political life. That world can occupy your day. It has no part in mine.

Washington, Block by Block

Georgetown is the city's most residential register — cobblestone, older townhouses, a quiet that has nothing to do with distance from anything. Dupont Circle sits a little more central and a little more relaxed, embassies and bookshops on the same blocks, evenings that start unhurried.

The West End and Foggy Bottom are close together and close to nearly everything — hotels here serve visitors who came for a short, specific stay and want their evenings equally uncomplicated.

Downtown and Penn Quarter are denser and more transient, full of hotel guests moving between meetings and dinner reservations. Capitol Hill has its own quieter, residential character once the workday around it empties out. Each of these is simply a starting point — where you're staying shapes the logistics, not the evening itself.

Couples in Washington

Couples who write to me from Washington often describe long days spent being careful in front of other people, followed by an evening they'd rather not spend being careful with each other either.

I ask to hear from both of you before anything is arranged — what each of you is hoping for, what either of you would rather set aside. The point is never to compete with what the two of you already have; it works best as a decision made together, away from the formality that governs most of your day here.

Some couples prefer dinner first, somewhere quiet in Georgetown or Dupont Circle. Others would rather the evening stay contained to the room from the start.

Privacy

A Discreet Conversation

Washington runs on formality during the day and a fairly strict etiquette of not noticing things at night, which works in your favour. I answer only through the method you choose, ask for nothing beyond what the arrangement needs, and hold no affiliation whatsoever with any government body, embassy or political figure — none of that has any bearing on how or with whom I meet. For couples, atmosphere and boundaries are settled once, calmly, before the evening begins.

Questions About Washington, DC

Can a couple arrange private time with you in Washington, DC?
Yes. I'd like to hear briefly from each of you first, so the evening is a decision you've made together rather than something arranged around one partner.
Is this connected to any government body, embassy or political figure?
No, in no way whatsoever. I hold no affiliation with any government agency, embassy, elected official, diplomatic mission or lobbying organization.
Can boundaries be discussed beforehand?
Yes, and I'd rather they were. Whatever either of you would prefer to avoid is agreed once in advance and stays settled through the evening.
Which neighbourhoods can we discuss?
Most often Georgetown, Dupont Circle, the West End, Downtown, Penn Quarter, Foggy Bottom and Capitol Hill. Tell me where you'll be staying.
Can dinner be part of the evening?
It can, somewhere quiet in Georgetown or Dupont Circle beforehand, or the evening can stay entirely private from the start. Either is fine.
How discreet can this stay in a city so focused on appearances?
Very. I keep correspondence to your chosen method, request no unnecessary information, and say nothing about our plans to anyone afterward.
How early should international or business visitors write?
As early as your schedule allows, particularly around major conference or summit weeks, which fill hotels across the city quickly.
Do you meet women travelling here for work?
Regularly. A few private, unstructured hours after a day of formal meetings is one of the most common reasons women write to me here.
How do I begin?
Through the Private Enquiry page. Include your dates, which part of the city you will be in, whether you are writing alone or as a couple, and the atmosphere you want.
Do you meet women as well as couples?
Both. Whether you are enquiring alone or as two people, I would like to hear what you imagine before we agree on anything. If you are writing from Washington, DC or arriving there, the process is identical.
How do you approach privacy and boundaries?
Discretion is assumed rather than requested. I keep correspondence to your preferred method, ask for no unnecessary personal detail, and treat whatever you tell me about your limits as settled. Nothing about Washington, DC changes that part of how I work.
