Private Companion in Swedish Lapland
Far above the Arctic Circle, where the winter does not bother with daylight at all. Everything here takes longer, and that is the honest beginning of any conversation about it.
Private companionship
Where the Experience Actually Begins
Private companionship in Swedish Lapland begins somewhere quieter than a reservation. I meet women and couples, and the first thing we agree on is comfort, boundaries and how private you would like everything to remain.
You may want the evening to include somewhere public. You may want the opposite. I plan for whichever you say, and I do not ask twice.
The parts of an evening worth keeping rarely make it into anyone's calendar.
You can read more about how I approach time with women or a shared experience with couples before you write to me.
Lucianno Vargas
A Personal Introduction
I’m Lucianno Vargas, a private male companion. In the Arctic north I meet women and couples, and private time is the service — the landscape outside is scenery, not the offer.
At a glance
Private Companionship in Swedish Lapland
I am Lucianno Vargas, a private male companion. I arrange discreet private companionship in Swedish Lapland for women and for couples, with private time at the centre. This is Arctic Sweden: Kiruna as the main town, Abisko to the north-west along the mountain line, and a scattering of lodges across a region far larger and emptier than most visitors expect. Winter is dark and cold; summer never gets dark at all. Outdoor plans are optional, weather-dependent and yours to book with a proper operator. Any arrangement depends on the property’s visitor policies, access requirements and practical logistics.
A Place That Does Not Negotiate
For weeks in midwinter the sun does not rise here. Not briefly, not dimly — it simply does not appear, and the snow carries whatever light there is.
It is the quietest place I know. Sound behaves differently in deep cold, and so do conversations.
The north is not an adventure to me. It is a room with a fire in it and a very large amount of nothing outside the glass.
Long Hours Indoors
Private time, at length. There is nowhere to be and nothing open, and that turns out to be the ideal condition for undivided attention.
What I arrange begins and ends indoors unless you want otherwise. Warmth, unhurried hours, and no schedule waiting anywhere.
If you want an evening outside, it is yours to arrange with people qualified to run it, and it sits second to everything else.
Months, Not Weeks
Reaching Kiruna means a flight or a long train journey, and reaching Abisko means continuing beyond it. Rooms in the winter season are booked far ahead and weather disrupts everything regularly.
So this is the one part of Sweden where I will always ask for months of notice rather than weeks, and where I will say no honestly rather than optimistically.
Tell me exactly where you are staying. Two lodges an hour apart can produce completely different answers.
Northern Lights, Without Promises
The aurora is a weather phenomenon. It happens when it happens, it is frequently invisible behind cloud, and nobody can guarantee it to anyone.
I am not a northern-lights guide and do not pretend to be one. I hold no viewing locations, no operator relationships, no access to anything and no special knowledge worth paying for.
An evening outside can be part of your plans if you want it. That is the whole of what I will say about the sky.
The Region, and Whose Land It Is
Kiruna is the main town of the far north; Abisko sits north-west of it near the mountains and the Norwegian border, and the region between them is largely uninhabited.
This is Sápmi, the homeland of the Sámi people, and Sámi culture belongs entirely to the people whose culture it is. It is not atmosphere for a site like this, I claim no relationship with any community, and nothing about it forms any part of what I arrange.
Nothing outside these two references will be given a page of its own, and no settlement will be invented for search.
Named lodges, hotels, mountains and protected areas appear as geography only. I hold no affiliation, permit, access or arrangement anywhere in the region.
Couples in the Arctic
Couples who come this far have usually been planning it for a long time, and the conversation between them has already happened. I would still like to hear both halves of it.
What each of you wants, what neither of you wants, and anything that should be settled long before flights are booked.
Comfort sets the pace, either of you can change it, and the length of the stay will do more for the experience than anything else you could arrange.

Discretion in a Very Small North
Northern towns are small enough that arrivals are simply known, so nothing is arranged here that depends on going unnoticed. It is planned instead — well ahead, around real flights and real weather. Your enquiry is answered only where you asked. I ask for dates, the exact property and the atmosphere you want, and nothing that serves no purpose. Lodge, hotel and cabin visitor rules belong to the property and are followed exactly as set. Couples can explain beforehand what each of them needs understood. No anonymity, encryption or deletion is promised, and nothing about Arctic travel is ever guaranteed.

Other Sweden Destinations
Åre
A mountain village in the middle of the country where the season decides everything. Firelight, dark timber, and an evening that has no reason whatsoever to go outside.
Stockholm
A capital laid across fourteen islands, so that water appears at the end of almost every street. Stockholm is beautiful in a way that never asks to be noticed, and the hours I care about begin after the city has stopped performing.
Dalarna
Forest, water and country houses with the lights on. Dalarna is where Sweden goes to be left alone, and it is remarkably good at it.
Questions About Swedish Lapland
- Can I arrange private companionship in Swedish Lapland?
- Yes, with substantial notice. Tell me the exact lodge or town and your dates, and I will answer honestly rather than encouragingly. This region needs months, not weeks.
- Do you meet women and couples in the north?
- Both. Women write for themselves and couples write together, and Arctic stays are almost always long enough to be worth the journey for either.
- Can we enquire as a couple for a winter stay?
- Yes, and early. Write together, tell me what each of you wants, and give me as much notice as your flights and accommodation allow.
- Can both partners raise boundaries in advance?
- Yes, separately if that is easier. Ordinary words are enough, nothing explicit is needed, and anything agreed beforehand stays agreed.
- Can you guarantee the northern lights?
- No, and nobody can. The aurora is weather, not a service. I am not a guide, hold no viewing locations and make no promises about the sky.
- Are winter activities part of what you arrange?
- No. Private companionship is the service. Any outdoor activity is your own booking with a qualified operator, and I hold no relationships with any of them.
- Does my lodge or hotel matter?
- Very much. Any arrangement depends on the property’s visitor policies, access requirements and practical logistics, and remote lodges are often strict about both.
- How difficult is getting here?
- Harder than it looks. Flights are limited and weather disrupts them regularly, so flexibility and early planning matter more here than anywhere else in Sweden.
- How early should I write?
- Months ahead. Winter rooms, flights and dates all have to align before anything here is realistic, and late enquiries usually receive an honest no.
- Do you meet women as well as couples?
- Yes — women and couples both. The conversation beforehand differs, but the principle does not: privacy, comfort and a clear sense of what each person wants from the time. Nothing about Swedish Lapland changes that part of how I work.
- Is the experience mainly private time together?
- Yes. Most of what I arrange is quiet, one-to-one time away from public settings. Anything public is something you choose to add rather than something built into the arrangement. In Swedish Lapland this is usually settled in a short private exchange before anything is confirmed.

Begin a Private Conversation
Every experience begins with a conversation.
Tell me the exact place you are staying and what kind of property it is, your dates, whether you are writing for yourself or as a couple, and how long the stay is. Write as early as you can — in the Arctic north, notice is the difference between a yes and a regretful no.
“For six weeks the sun never rises here at all. I have never needed to explain to anyone why I like that.”
