Private Companion in Ottawa
A city that has spent a century learning to say very little in public. The evenings here are quieter than the buildings suggest.
Private companionship
Private Companionship First
I arrange private companionship in Ottawa for women and for couples, with the emphasis on discreet time together rather than on an itinerary. The shape of it follows your comfort, your privacy and what you would like the hours to feel like.
You may want the evening to include somewhere public. You may want the opposite. I plan for whichever you say, and I do not ask twice.
The interesting part is never the plan. It is what the plan quietly makes room for.
You can read more about how I approach time with women or a shared experience with couples before you write to me.

A Personal Introduction
I'm Lucianno Vargas, a private male companion. In Ottawa I meet women and couples, and what I arrange is private time together — composed, unhurried and kept indoors — with dinner or an evening out entirely optional.
At a glance
Private Companionship in Ottawa
I am Lucianno Vargas, a private male companion. I arrange discreet private companionship in Ottawa for women and for couples, with private time as the centre of the experience. Arrangements usually take place in hotels and residences around Centretown, the ByWard Market, Sandy Hill, the Glebe, Westboro and Rockcliffe Park, with Gatineau immediately across the river in Quebec. Dinner, a concert or an occasion can be included and stays secondary. I have no connection to government, diplomatic or political circles in the capital and make no claim of one; enquiries are handled privately and availability depends entirely on your dates.
A City That Keeps Its Voice Down
Ottawa is formal in daylight and considerably less so after it. The city empties early, the streets go quiet, and what remains is long winter evenings and buildings that give nothing away.
That suits private time. There is no performance to get through first, no scene to be seen in, nothing between the end of the day and the beginning of the hours that are actually yours.
A table somewhere in the market can come first if you want one. It is not the reason anyone writes to me.
Where People Stay
Centretown and the streets around Parliament hold most of the hotels — built for people who arrive for two nights and leave before anyone notices the pattern.
The ByWard Market is the city's late quarter: restaurants, old stone, a walk home that takes ten minutes. Sandy Hill behind it is residential and very quiet.
The Glebe and Westboro are further out and more domestic, and Rockcliffe Park is the calmest address in the city. Gatineau sits across the river in Quebec — a different province, a short bridge, and worth mentioning if that is where you are staying.
Women and Couples in the Capital
A great many people in Ottawa are here for a few days at a time. Women who write to me are often between a working day that ended abruptly and a flight that leaves too early, wanting hours that belong to nobody else.
Couples here tend to be careful people, and careful is welcome. Tell me what you have discussed between yourselves and where the edges are, and none of it will be tested later.
Winter is long here, which is not a disadvantage. It gives every evening a reason to stay in.

A Discreet Conversation
Ottawa is a discreet city by temperament, and I match it. Correspondence stays on the channel you chose, I ask for nothing the arrangement does not need, and I never mention where I have been or who I have met. Hotels and residential buildings here have their own visitor policies and I work within yours rather than around it. If you are writing as a couple, anything either of you would rather avoid can be stated plainly in advance and is treated as final.
Questions About Ottawa
- Can I arrange private companionship with you in Ottawa?
- Yes. I meet women and couples in Ottawa. Tell me your dates and roughly where you are staying, and we can discuss what is practical.
- Do you have any connection to government or diplomatic circles?
- None whatsoever, and I would not claim one. Ottawa is simply a city where I meet people privately.
- Which parts of the city can be discussed?
- Centretown, the ByWard Market, Sandy Hill, the Glebe, Westboro and Rockcliffe Park, and Gatineau across the river in Quebec.
- Do you meet couples here?
- Yes. I would like a line from each of you beforehand about what you are hoping for and what you would rather avoid.
- Can dinner be part of the evening?
- It can. The market makes that easy. It stays optional and sits before the private hours rather than replacing them.
- Is winter a difficult time to arrange something?
- Not at all. Winter evenings here are long and empty, which tends to suit exactly the kind of time I arrange.
- How is discretion handled in a small capital?
- Carefully. I keep correspondence on one channel, ask for nothing unnecessary, and never reference plans afterwards. I make no promises about technology or anonymity.
- Do you meet women as well as couples?
- Yes — women and couples both. The conversation beforehand differs, but the principle does not: privacy, comfort and a clear sense of what each person wants from the time. Arrangements in Ottawa are made the same way, quietly and in advance.
- Is the experience mainly private time together?
- Yes. The centre of it is private, unhurried time — conversation, atmosphere and company without an audience. Dinner, an event or time outside can be added, but they are never the reason. Arrangements in Ottawa are made the same way, quietly and in advance.
